“I can definitely see why superior floor coating has a five star total review. This company is absolutely amazing! I have had epoxy floors installed in my Honda dealership service department and my Motorsports dealership showroom. The companies that I used before would only bead blast the floor to prep it. The problem with bead blasting is that when hot tires from a car or a motorcycle sit on an epoxy floor the tires cool they then stick to the epoxy floor and peel the epoxy coating up when the vehicle is moved. I assumed this was typical because it happened to every epoxy floor that I have ever had installed. To keep from having to constantly patch the floor I found that the remedy was to put pads underneath all of the tires. I am very well educated on the process of laying an epoxy floor and very hands-on during the install. I must say I have never ever seen any other company other than Superior Floor Coatings grind the cement floor. Superior Floor Coatings literally ground (what appeared to be)a 16th of an inch off of the the top of the concrete. I never have to worry about putting pads underneath hot tires again. I will never have to worry about hot tires cooling and peeling up chunks of my epoxy floor again. I am so amazed by the quality of work that superior floor coatings performed in three days on an 8000 square-foot showroom. I am also amazed at their pricing. Superior floor coatings pricing was equal to the other Epoxy floor companies prices. Equal to the same companies that install an epoxy floor over bead blasted concrete, leaving an ineffective bond between the epoxy and the concrete. I will only recommend superior floor coatings and I will only ever use superior floor coatings for any epoxy floor application. They are by far the best! Believe me, I have used just about every local epoxy floor company over the past 30 years. Don’t waste your time or your money on subpar companies that install subpar epoxy floors.
